The pioneer award is given to an operator in the food industry that is a pioneer / leader in some aspect of sustainability; this could be novel product range, ethical sourcing, production methods, carbon management, water management, social aspects, etc. The organisation should be able to justify any pioneering claims.
The closing date for entries is 30th May, finalists will be notified by 16th June, and the winners at the Sustainable Food Awards reception on 7th July 2022.
